Our residential services range from the design of home renovations and outdoor decks to new homes. We provide structural design for a range of features and design styles, whether a whole building or a special feature of the home.

Our team members conduct site visit consultations to evaluate structural concerns or design beams for removing interior bearing walls. We will provide sealed documentation and plans that the project requires for permit and construction.

For new homes and additions, we work with the client’s architect to design a structural system meeting the latest codes for gravity and lateral forces. Many of our projects have unique features that require our engineers to work toward a creative solution specific to that design.
